What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking volunteer Scrum Masters to join our growing network. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Agile professionals to sharpen their skills, work with real startups, and give back to the founder community.

What You’ll Do

• Join early-stage startups in a mentorship capacity (unfunded projects only).
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices.
• Help maintain clean Kanban boards (Jira, Trello, Linear, ClickUp).
• Identify bottlenecks, drive accountability, and keep momentum alive.

Time Commitment

• 1 meeting per day (Monday to Friday).
• Flexible chat support to the team.
• Minimum engagement: 8-weeks.
• 100% remote, fully online.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different team cultures and workflows.
