The Role
Sabel is hiring a flexible Project Coordinator to join our Australia-based AI CX consultancy, working remotely from anywhere in Australia. You'll manage client engagements end to end, keeping projects on track and customers in the loop across our global roster.
Your job is to keep everything moving. That means chasing clients for the information we need, keeping them regularly updated, keeping documentation and project plans current, and making sure no one is wondering what happens next. But it also means chasing the Sabel team, our consultants and delivery folks, to gather updates and information so you can keep projects accurate and clients informed. You'll need to be friendly but pushy. The kind of person who can nudge someone for the third time without making it awkward, because the work has to get done.
You'll also assist with day-to-day ops, social media, and building automations using Claude to streamline how we work. No client calls required unless you want them, but you will review recordings to catch action items and follow up accordingly, either booking things into my calendar or chasing the right people to make things happen.

Qualifications
- Based in Australia, no offshore arrangements
- Proven experience in project coordination, account management, or executive assistance
- Confident written communicator, comfortable chasing clients and internal team members without being pushy in a bad way
- Highly organised, detail-obsessed, and able to juggle multiple engagements without dropping balls
- Comfortable with AI tools, ideally Claude, and keen to use them daily
- Familiar with Slack, Gmail, Google Calendar, and project management tools
- Self-starter who thrives in async, outcome-focused environments
- A sense of humour and a no-drama attitude
