At Provisional Psychologist Hub, we’re passionate about supporting the next generation of psychologists as they complete their journey toward registration. We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Administration & Customer Support Officer to join our team in a casual role.

This position is all about making sure our clients have a smooth, positive experience with us – from their very first contact, through to their ongoing supervision journey. You’ll be the go-to person for scheduling, client support, and behind-the-scenes administration that keeps everything running seamlessly.

What you’ll be doing:

• Being the friendly first point of contact for our clients – responding to calls and emails promptly.
• Helping supervisees get set up, managing appointments, and keeping diaries running like clockwork.
• Supporting our supervisors and team with administration, compliance, and billing tasks.
• Keeping things organised – whether it’s client records, shared drives, or inboxes.
• Jumping in to support the admin team during busy times or when others are on leave.

What we’re looking for:

• Someone with a positive, professional, and can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confidence juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A team player who enjoys supporting others and solving problems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience in administration or customer support is ideal.
• Someone who has a suitable, private and professional home office space with access to high speed internet.

Hours & flexibility:

• An average of 2 days per week 
• You’ll need to be available 9am to 5pm Thursdays and Fridays
• Additional hours may be available from time to time to cover periods of leave.
