About Primed

We’re building Primed, an AI-native recruiting service that delivers interview-ready candidates, not tools recruiters still have to operate.

This starts as a service powered by AI agents, not a massive platform on day one.

We already have:

• Real customers
• Real demand
• Deep domain expertise in recruitment

Now we’re building the core agent experience that candidates interact with and validating it in the wild.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a product-minded engineer to help us build and ship a focused MVP.

This is not a full platform build.

It’s about:

• Creating a high-quality AI agent experience
• Making it feel human, safe, and genuinely useful
• Shipping fast and learning from real users

You’ll work closely with the founder (ex-recruitment agency owner) and shape how this product evolves.

What You’ll Do (Initially)

• Build a simple web experience where candidates interact with an AI “hiring manager”
• Help structure prompts, guardrails, and responses so the agent behaves properly
• Store and surface candidate conversations and signals
• Keep things scrappy, simple, and production-ready

Most ops and workflows will be manual at first — that’s intentional.

Ideal Background

You don’t need to be a “CTO” already.

You’re likely someone who:

• Has shipped real software before (startup or early engineer)
• Is comfortable working with LLMs / APIs
• Cares about UX and user psychology
• Enjoys turning rough ideas into working products
• Is curious about building something long-term — but doesn’t need promises upfront

Tech stack (flexible):

• JS / TS or Python
• OpenAI / Anthropic or similar
• Simple backend + database (Supabase, Firebase, etc.)

How This Starts

• Paid contract / sprint (clear scope)
• Part-time is fine
• If we work well together and traction continues, we can discuss:
• Longer-term role
• Meaningful equity
• Leading the technical direction
