Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant. The role involves processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting accounting procedures, and assisting in budget management tasks. The Assistant will also provide support in preparing financial reports and assist with regular financial reviews as directed by the finance team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Finance, Accounting, and Invoicing practices
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess and interpret financial data
• Excellent Communication skills for liaising with team members and stakeholders
• Proficiency with accounting software and financial tools is preferred
• Familiarity with budget preparation and financial reporting is advantageous
• Experience in remote work environments is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly desirable
