PERSOL are recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Human Resources professional to join their well-established national organisation. This role offers the chance to influence business strategy, lead HR initiatives, and partner with senior leaders across three regions to drive organisational success across a diverse workforce.

The role will be based in Perth, Western Australia.

The Opportunity

As the Regional HR Manager, you will provide strategic and operational HR leadership across a complex, multi-site business environment, across three locations. You will play a key role in shaping people strategies, delivering industrial relations outcomes, developing leaders, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Working closely with executive and operational leaders, you will be a trusted advisor, driving initiatives across employee relations, workforce planning, diversity, engagement, talent acquisition, and organisational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert HR and Industrial Relations advice to senior leaders and operational teams.
  • Lead employee relations matters, workplace investigations, negotiations, and compliance activities.
  • Support business growth through workforce planning, tenders, contract mobilisations, and strategic people initiatives.
  • Develop and implement talent, retention, diversity, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Coach and mentor leaders to build capability and strengthen organisational performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement across HR systems, processes, and reporting.

About You

You are a commercially minded HR leader who thrives in fast-paced operational environments and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in senior HR leadership or business partnering roles.
  • Strong Industrial Relations and Employee Relations expertise.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across complex organisations.
  • Exceptional influencing, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for creating inclusive, engaged, and high-performing workplaces.
