We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Operations Specialist to support our client-facing processes and internal operations. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding, efficient service delivery, and strong communication between clients and internal teams.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding and ongoing account coordination
• Serve as the main point of contact for operational client queries
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
• Monitor workflows and identify process improvement opportunities
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM and internal systems
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and performance tracking
• Support billing coordination and compliance processes when required

✅ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in client services, operations, account management, or similar roles
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
• High attention to detail and structured problem-solving approach
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first setup
• Must be based in Australia with full working rights
