Role Description

This is a remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will focus on developing new customers.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships effectively.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management with a track record of achieving targets and driving growth.
• Ability to deliver Training to clients and team members, ensuring effective use of solutions provided.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, CRM tools, and business workflow solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in construction or operational environments is a plus.

Please note, the successful candidates will be on a bonus based agreement with no base salary.
