We’re hiring: Customer Operations & Support Specialist (Remote, Australia)

We’re Nuj, a fast-growing regtech startup on a mission to make APRA reporting simpler, faster, and more accurate.

Our platform transforms messy, complex data into structured, validated insights so super funds, trustees, and administrators can submit with confidence and avoid costly rework.

We work with some of the biggest names in the super industry, and we’re looking for someone hands-on, tech-curious, and organised to own client onboarding and support.

What you’ll be doing

  • Onboard new clients — set up entities, users, and modules in our platform
  • Run product walkthroughs and guide clients through reporting workflows
  • Own Intercom: manage workflows, inboxes, and create/maintain support articles
  • Triage queries via Intercom, email, and Jira
  • Use (or learn) SQL/data queries to troubleshoot and validate
  • Work closely with Product, Data, and Dev to resolve issues and improve processes

What we’re looking for

  • 2–4 years in SaaS support, onboarding, or customer success
  • Strong communicator who can explain complex things simply
  • Confident with tools like Intercom, Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace
  • Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle competing priorities
  • Based in Australia and comfortable working remotely

Nice to have

  • Experience managing Intercom setup (workflows, articles, inboxes)
  • Experience handling support tickets in Jira or similar tools
  • Basic SQL or data query skills
  • Exposure to APRA reporting, regtech, or data-heavy platforms
