Senior Software Engineer | Rust | Aust Based Remote Position

We’re partnering with a fast-growing tech company building a global platform focused on security.

They’re looking for a Senior Engineer with strong Rust experience to design, build, and scale high-performance systems. You’ll be working on backend services that require efficiency, reliability, and strong attention to detail, while also contributing to architecture and technical direction.

The role involves:

• Building and maintaining Rust-based services
• Optimising performance and ensuring system reliability at scale
• Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams
• Contributing to system design and mentoring other engineers

What they’re looking for:

• Strong experience with Rust and systems programming
• Background in distributed systems or backend architecture
• Solid CS fundamentals (algorithms, data structures)
• Cloud experience (AWS is a plus)
