Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Loan Processor. The Loan Processor will handle a variety of responsibilities including reviewing and verifying loan documents for completeness and accuracy, collaborating with clients and loan officers, assisting in the underwriting process, and ensuring compliance with lending guidelines and company policies. The role also requires strong organizational skills for managing multiple loan files and maintaining efficient processing timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing and reviewing loan documents and experience in loan processing
• Knowledge of loan underwriting and understanding of lending policies and compliance standards
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote working environment
• Previous experience in mortgage lending, financial services, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in loan processing software and familiarity with related regulatory requirements is a plus
