We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to help transform data into actionable business insights. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy analyzing data, building dashboards, and supporting strategic decision-making in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights
• Monitor key metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems
• Support ad-hoc analysis and strategic projects
• Document BI processes, workflows, and best practices

✅ Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or related projects/internships
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one BI or data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
• Basic experience with Excel, Python, or R is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
• Fluent in English
• Based in Australia with full legal right to work full-time
