Overview:
LUXICO seeks to appoint a results-driven, innovative and hands-on problem solver and number cruncher to identify and drive revenue growth opportunities and cost saving initiatives.
In this strategic and hands-on role, you will oversee a small, remote team and oversee Luxico’s day-to-day finance functions including trust accounting, payroll and financial reporting.
This key appointment will become a highly valued and integral member of the senior management team with opportunities for significant career progression.
The Job:
The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for tracking financial performance against the budget and long-term forecasts. This role will focus on identifying and implementing cost management strategies, opportunities for growth and continuous improvement of finance processes and efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial reporting
- Trust accounting
- AP/AR
- Payrolll
- Develop, implement and document SOPs
- Management of small finance team and external contractors
- Monthly Board reporting
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings
- Ensure accuracy of financial information
The Person:
The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader with the ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level within this growing organisation and will relish the opportunity to drive financial management during an exciting stage of growth of the business.

Candidates suited to this role could derive from a range of backgrounds. To be successful in this role, you will have the following experience and qualifications:
- CA or CPA Qualified
- 5+ year's experience (minimum) post qualified
- Analytical / Commercial mindset
- Trust Account experience
- Xero experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- People management and leadership experience
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management
- Strategic thinking, problem solving, and decision making
- Energetic, accountable and responsible
- Travel, real estate or hotel experience would be beneficial but not mandatory
