WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We’re inviting applications from independent consultants with McKinsey, BCG, or Bain experience who thrive on solving complex business problems and delivering real, measurable outcomes.

You may be:

• Running your own boutique consulting practice or operating as a solo advisor
• Looking to fill the gaps between larger engagements or add high-quality opportunities to your portfolio
• Passionate about working with bold, values-led businesses ready to scale, transform, or navigate strategic inflection points

Typical Maestro roles include:

• Strategy & transformation projects (e.g. GTM, growth, org design)
• Due diligence & value creation planning for PE/VC clients
• Interim or fractional leadership roles (e.g. Head of Strategy, COO, Chief of Staff)
• Facilitation, board advisory, and operating model design

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A MAESTRO

• Minimum 10+ years of experience, with prior experience at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain
• A proven ability to think strategically and deliver operationally
• Strong stakeholder management skills and executive presence
• A desire to work independently, flexibly, and with purpose
• Based in Australia, Singapore, or willing to work across APAC time zones
