Behaviour Analyst/Behaviour Support Practitioner Supervisor (Flexible Role)

We are looking for experienced and compassionate Behaviour Support Practitioner and Behaviour Analyst Supervisors to join our growing network of professionals providing expert guidance and mentorship in this dynamic field.

Position Overview:

This is a remote, contract position, where you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the professional development of aspiring and established practitioners. Supervisors will provide 1:1 supervision, review documentation such as intervention and behaviour support plans, and offer constructive feedback to their supervisees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1:1 supervision sessions with supervisees, with sessions typically being 1-1.5 hours per week.
• Review and provide feedback on intervention plans, behaviour support plans, and other relevant documentation.
• Use a hybrid approach for supervision, combining Behaviour Skills Training (BST), reflective practice, direct observation, and feedback.
• Support supervisees across various levels, from entry-level Behaviour Support Practitioners to experienced Behaviour Analysts.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, professional standards and ethical guidelines, while providing client-centred and human rights focused supervision.
• Foster a collaborative learning environment, offering opportunities for professional growth and networking within the field.
• Teach and model evidence-based practice by integrating knowledge of the empirical evidence base, clinical experience and client preferences and needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) and/or Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).
• Eligible to supervise practitioners in the field of behaviour analysis (i.e. completed 8 hour supervision training).
• Proficient or above Behaviour Support Practitioners (BSP) are also encouraged to apply, especially those with specialty expertise, if you have completed a verified course sequence in behaviour analysis and have completed a minimum of 750 hours under the supervision of a CBA/BCBA.
• At least 3 years of experience in the field, including demonstrated expertise in supervision and providing feedback.
