We’re looking for a confident, warm, high-performing Conversion Specialist to join our team at Kate Langford Career Consulting — one of Australia’s leading career coaching companies.

This role is perfect for someone who loves people, communicates with ease, and knows how to guide potential clients toward the right next step in their career journey.

About the Role

When a prospective client completes our online application form, you’ll be the first human touchpoint. Your role is to:

• Review their application
• Reach out via phone/SMS/email
• Ask a few key questions
• Determine whether they’re a good fit for our programs
• Book them in with our coaching team

You are essentially the bridge between enquiry → booked consultation.

No cold calling. No sales scripts. Genuine conversations only.

Hours & Flexibility

• Minimum 10 hours per week
• Ideal for someone wanting after-hours work
• Flexible days and times — we’re open to designing a schedule that works for you ideall 2 hours a day
• Option to increase hours as you prove your conversion ability
• Work from home (anywhere in Australia)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Calling and messaging warm leads who have submitted an application form
• Asking simple discovery questions to assess fit
• Booking qualified clients into our team calendar
• Responding to enquiries promptly and professionally
• Using our CRM to track lead movement, tags, and conversions
• Following our proven systems for lead nurturing
• Providing a great first impression for our brand

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Are confident speaking on the phone
• Communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally
• Are a natural listener and enjoy helping people
• Love following systems and processes
• Have strong attention to detail
• Are reliable and self-managed
• Have experience in customer service, support, admin, coaching, HR, recruitment, or similar
• Love working from home and having autonomy
• Feel aligned with the career coaching space
• LIVE in AUS due to time zone.

Career industry experience is welcome but not essential — we provide training.
