This is a unique opportunity to lead and build the financial foundation of a fast-scaling, real-time digital gaming platform operating at the intersection of crypto, fintech, and online entertainment. In this role, you will take ownership of the full finance function, spanning accounting, treasury, compliance, financial operations, and strategic planning within a high-growth and operationally intensive environment. You will play a critical role in designing scalable financial systems, managing digital asset operations, and supporting international expansion across multiple jurisdictions. The position requires a highly hands-on leader who is comfortable balancing strategic decision-making with day-to-day execution in a lean and fast-moving business. Accountabilities

• Lead and manage the finance function across accounting, treasury, compliance, financial operations, and reporting activities
• Oversee month-end close processes, reconciliations, financial statements, audit readiness, payroll, and accounts payable operations
• Manage crypto and digital asset accounting, including wallet reconciliation, transaction-level reporting, token accounting, and valuation processes
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions, including GST/VAT, withholding tax, transfer pricing, and multi-entity reporting requirements
• Own AML/CTF compliance frameworks, KYC processes, and relationships with regulators, auditors, and legal advisors
• Design and manage treasury operations, liquidity planning, risk exposure monitoring, and fund flows across fiat and crypto environments
• Build and optimize scalable financial systems, controls, governance frameworks, and real-time reporting infrastructure
• Support strategic finance initiatives including forecasting, scenario planning, budgeting, variance analysis, and unit economics reporting
• Contribute to investor reporting, fundraising preparation, capital allocation decisions, and board-level financial communication
• Lead and mentor a small finance team while remaining actively involved in operational execution and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in finance, accounting, treasury, or financial operations roles within high-growth or fast-paced environments
• Proven hands-on experience managing full-cycle accounting and operational finance responsibilities
• Strong expertise in crypto and digital asset accounting, including on-chain transaction reporting and token-related financial processes
• Solid understanding of AML/CTF regulations, KYC compliance, and regulated financial environments
• Experience within gaming, betting, fintech, trading, exchanges, payments, or similarly high-volume industries is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of treasury management, liquidity planning, and cross-border financial operations across fiat and crypto ecosystems
• Familiarity with multi-entity organizational structures, transfer pricing, and international compliance frameworks
• Ability to operate independently with strong ownership, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in fast-moving operational environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities across finance, operations, leadership, and external partners
