Context:

We are building a b2b digital platform which will connect agents and developers across the globe to help them sell more. As part of this larger project we launched a new digital real estate agency in Thailand. Agency is not only a standalone business generating cash, but also serves as a testing ground for our ideas, hypotheses and digital products. 

Currently we view business development and as crucial for leads generation and unlike competition we want to build it systematically.

Who are our potential partners? 

Any organization or individual with a database of relatively wealthy people. 

  • Agencies in other markets
  • Individual agents outside Phuket
  • Family offices
  • Private banking
  • Small investment funds
  • Travel agencies
  • Travel and investment bloggers
  • Marketing professionals, affiliate marketers, traffic generators etc

What will you do:

  • Actively research and identify potential partners through online sources, industry events, and networks
  • Conduct direct outreach (cold emailing, LinkedIn, calls) to initiate conversations and pitch collaboration
  • Qualify partner interest and fit through intro calls and follow-ups
  • Personally onboard new partners, helping them understand our product, tools, and collaboration model
  • Ensure partners are ready to generate and forward qualified leads
  • Collaborate with marketing to equip partners with materials and content to drive engagement
  • Coordinate with the sales team to hand off partner-generated leads for closing
  • Maintain a structured pipeline of potential and active partners in CRM
  • Monitor partner performance, address blockers, and look for upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Report regularly to management on outreach activity, onboarding status, and lead flow
