We’re looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Junior Developer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to build real-world software, learn from experienced engineers, and grow in a supportive, remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and product managers
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions
• Debug, test, and fix software issues
• Support application deployments and updates
• Learn and apply best practices in software development
• Contribute to technical documentation
• Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge
• Follow Agile/Scrum development processes

✅ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in software development or relevant internships/projects
• Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#)
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST APIs)
• Understanding of version control systems (Git)
• Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Fluent in English
• Must be based in Australia with legal right to work full-time
