🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or support tickets
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Document customer interactions and update CRM systems
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
• Follow service procedures and meet response time SLAs
• Collect customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Support onboarding and retention initiatives

✅ Requirements

• 0–3+ years of experience in customer service, support, or related roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Customer-first mindset with empathy and patience
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and manage time effectively
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM or ticketing tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and home workspace
• Fluent in English
• Must be based in Australia with legal right to work full-time
