We’re looking for a friendly, patient, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our customers and deliver exceptional service experiences. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a remote-first environment, this role is a great fit.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or support tickets
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Document customer interactions and update CRM systems
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
- Follow service procedures and meet response time SLAs
- Collect customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Support onboarding and retention initiatives
✅ Requirements
- 0–3+ years of experience in customer service, support, or related roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Customer-first mindset with empathy and patience
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM or ticketing tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and home workspace
- Fluent in English
- Must be based in Australia with legal right to work full-time
