Key Responsibilities
- Crafting and executing sharp BD strategies that actually work
- Bringing in new executive and digital clients - the right ones, not just any
- Having meaningful conversations with C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Creating proposals that are so tailored they feel like strategy sessions
- Taking a value-first approach - consultative, curious, commercial
- Owning the full BD lifecycle, from intro to long-term partnership
- Collaborating with top-tier delivery consultants who get it right
- Keeping a lean, clean pipeline (with CRM tools that don’t give you nightmares)
- Staying ahead of market trends, workforce shifts and digital skill gaps
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in BD, sales or client-side workplace solutions/recruitment– ideally in executive or tech/digital hiring
- A professional network you’ve actually built and can call on
