Key Responsibilities

• Attract a consistent pipeline of candidates using multi-channel sourcing: job boards, social media, referrals, and online platforms.
• Create and manage inbound and outbound candidate flow using proven recruitment and engagement frameworks.
• Conduct structured initial interviews to understand candidate goals, experience, strengths and career direction.
• Identify suitability and alignment using your recruitment expertise and talent-spotting instincts.
• Guide candidates through next steps, providing clarity on pathways, processes and expectations.
• Build rapport and maintain strong communication throughout the candidate journey.
• Track candidate progress using digital tools and maintain organised pipeline workflows.
• Follow established systems and templates to support consistent and effective candidate management.
• Take initiative to improve your results through learning, resource utilisation and strategic engagement.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment, sharing insights and best practices.

Requirements

• 5–10 years’ experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Resourcing, HR, Candidate Management, or related fields.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships quickly and professionally.
• High personal accountability, excellent follow-through, and strong organisational skills.
• Comfort working independently within a remote, flexible structure.
• Curiosity, openness, and a desire to grow in a new direction.
• A calm, confident approach to conversations and problem-solving.
