Experience & Attributes

• 7+ years’ experience in L&D, Education, HR, Coaching, Leadership, Training, or related fields.
• Confident communicator who builds trust and connection with ease.
• Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing independent work.
• Passionate about learning, personal growth, and helping others elicit their potential.
• Resilient, adaptable, and open to exploring new ways of working and thinking.
• Comfortable using digital tools, online platforms, and structured frameworks.
