Experience & Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in People & Culture, Learning & Development, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of leadership, culture-building, and performance improvement.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on efficiency, growth, and results.
- A personal commitment to self-development and leadership excellence.
- Experience in or interest in mentoring, coaching, or digital engagement is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in weekly leadership and training sessions via video conference.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract, mentor, and retain top talent.
- Learn and apply proven online marketing and communication strategies (training provided).
- Conduct professional interviews and on-boarding conversations with potential candidates.
- Facilitate Q&A sessions, follow-ups, and client mentorship.
- Integrate and apply our People & Culture frameworks to support community growth.
