Experience & Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in People & Culture, Learning & Development, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of leadership, culture-building, and performance improvement.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on efficiency, growth, and results.
• A personal commitment to self-development and leadership excellence.
• Experience in or interest in mentoring, coaching, or digital engagement is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly leadership and training sessions via video conference.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract, mentor, and retain top talent.
• Learn and apply proven online marketing and communication strategies (training provided).
• Conduct professional interviews and on-boarding conversations with potential candidates.
• Facilitate Q&A sessions, follow-ups, and client mentorship.
• Integrate and apply our People & Culture frameworks to support community growth.
