We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Coordinator to support the management and optimization of our online store. In this role, you will collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to maintain product listings, assist with campaigns, and ensure a smooth online shopping experience in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing product listings, pricing, descriptions, and promotions on e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates with internal teams.
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and sales promotions.
• Track and report on e-commerce performance metrics and website analytics.
• Ensure product pages are optimized for SEO, user experience, and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for product visuals and campaign content.
• Identify opportunities to improve online store efficiency and customer experience.

✅ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Basic understanding of SEO, online merchandising, and digital analytics.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
