Role Overview:

As a Business Analyst at Huellas, you will play a critical role in improving operational efficiency, optimizing resource use, and driving impact-focused initiatives. You will analyze data, support project development, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our programs meet both strategic and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements for Huellas programs.
• Support cross-functional teams by translating business needs into clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and gather requirements for new programs and initiatives.
• Conduct data analysis to measure the impact of our projects and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Develop process flow diagrams, business cases, and project plans to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing new technologies, tools, or systems to improve program delivery.
• Provide project management support by monitoring progress, addressing risks, and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Contribute to organizational decision-making by preparing and presenting analysis findings to senior management and partners.
• Work closely with the finance team to assess program budgets and ensure resource allocation aligns with strategic objectives.
• Provide training and support to program teams and partners on new processes or tools.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of both business operations and data analysis.
• Experience working in an NGO or social impact-driven organization is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience using business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar is a plus.
• A passion for social impact and a strong understanding of the challenges faced by NGOs.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Fluency in [other languages] is a plus (if applicable).
