We’re looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Technical Project Engineer to bridge the gap between engineering and project management. In this role, you’ll support the planning and execution of technical projects while ensuring alignment between technical teams and business objectives in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define project scope and technical requirements
• Translate technical concepts into clear project plans and documentation
• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and support mitigation efforts
• Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution
• Assist in resource planning and task prioritization
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and technical records

✅ Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in engineering, technical project coordination, or similar roles
• Background in IT, engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Fluent in English
• Based in Australia with full working rights
