🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Support creation of process flows, use cases, and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure clear and actionable requirements.
• Help prepare reports, dashboards, and data insights to support business decisions.
• Participate in process improvement and optimization initiatives.
• Maintain project and requirements documentation.

✅ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related internships/projects.
• Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
