High Voltage Support is a neurodivergent-friendly support organisation working with young people through gaming, coding, creative programs and interest-led mentoring.
We are looking for an organised and proactive Administration & Compliance Coordinator to help keep our staff, participant and compliance systems running smoothly.
The role will support staff and participant onboarding, maintain accurate records and compliance registers, monitor documentation and expiry dates, review scheduling and timekeeping records, follow up missing information, assist with NDIS compliance and audit preparation, and help improve our internal administrative processes.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-focused, confident following things up and comfortable taking ownership of administrative tasks through to completion. Strong communication, confidentiality and the ability to identify when something needs to be escalated are important in this role.
Experience in NDIS, disability services, community services, administration or compliance would be highly regarded.
