We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join us initially on a 6 month fixed term contract, in the Office of the CEO. This role will play a critical part in driving cross-functional strategic initiatives and supporting product launches. The ideal candidate will have experience with project management tools like Smartsheet and Jira, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of new product development processes. Responsibilities Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of cross-functional strategic initiatives. Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination for product launches. Utilize Smartsheet, Jira, and other project management tools to track progress and maintain project documentation. Collaborate with teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution against company goals. Identify potential risks and work with relevant teams to develop mitigation strategies. Prepare status updates, reports, and presentations for senior leadership. Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through on commitments. Skills & Experience 1-3 years of experience in project management, product operations, or a related field. Hands-on experience with project management tools like Smartsheet and Jira. Strong understanding of new product development and go-to-market strategies. Experience with or demonstrated curiosity in complex enterprise SaaS solutions, with the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and navigate multiple product domains simultaneously. Experience working with multi-tenant or highly configurable software solutions is a plus. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects that shape the company’s strategic direction.
