Are you a passionate and experienced Support Coordinator ready to work independently while being fully supported by a trusted NDIS provider?

Go Care is seeking motivated Independent Support Coordinators (Level 2 & Level 3) to partner with us in delivering high-quality, participant-focused outcomes.

About the Role

As an independent contractor, you'll provide:

Support Coordination (Level 2) and/or

Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3)

to NDIS participants across a diverse range of needs.

We take care of the admin, so you can focus on your clients and growing your business.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Support Coordinator (Level 2 or 3)

✔ Strong knowledge of NDIS legislation, service portals & participant rights

✔ Relevant qualifications (especially for Level 3 SSC)

✔ Excellent communication, problem-solving & advocacy skills

✔ Minimum availability of 15 hours per week

✔ Client-focused, ethical and professional approach

✔ Existing client base (preferred but not essential)

Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance

NDIS Worker Screening Check

WWCC (if supporting children)

Reliable phone, computer, internet & vehicle

Commitment to NDIS Code of Conduct & Go Care policies
