Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Marketing Manager to lead and scale our marketing efforts across both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Business-to-Business (B2B) channels. You’ll be responsible for evolving and executing a marketing strategy that grows our user base, building multiple brands across the Flowstate group, and drives adoption across our global network of venues and partners. This is a pivotal role focused on revenue generation at the intersection of brand, growth, and product.

Flowstate is revolutionising the way action sports athletes capture and relive their most epic moments, progress their skills and analyse data. Our AI-powered platform delivers automated video capture, automated highlights, performance analysis, coaching & development, competition and media tools across action sports and entertainment experiences. With a platform & products built for both consumers and businesses, we’re reshaping how the world experiences sports & entertainment content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Evolve and execute a comprehensive, full-funnel marketing strategy for both B2C and B2B audiences across global markets, and multiple brands within the Flowstate Group. 
  • Growth Marketing: Lead acquisition and retention campaigns across social, paid media, automation, partnerships, and organic content strategies.
  • Product Marketing: Launch new products, features and platform experiences with compelling messaging and positioning for athletes, partners and commercial clients. 
  • Brand Development: Own the Flowstate brands, voice, and identity across all touchpoints—digital, physical, and partner channels. 
  • Brand Activation: Lead brand activation campaigns, measure KPIs, optimise 
  • Creative Direction: Oversee creative content development, including athlete videos, social media, brand assets, and campaign visuals.
  • Sponsorship & Partnerships: Develop sponsorship opportunities with key partners for brand activations and media outlets 
  • B2B Marketing: Create campaigns, activations and attend sales conferences to build and convert new sales pipeline. Build programs and toolkits to support onboarding, promotion, and co-marketing with partner venues and clients.
  • Analytics & ROI: Establish KPIs, track performance, and optimize spend to deliver measurable growth and brand impact.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, manage, and mentor a growing team of marketers, creatives, and agency partners.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing roles across both B2C and B2B environments.
  • Proven track record of building brands, databases & revenue  
  • Proven track record delivering scalable customer acquisition strategies in a consumer software startup or high-growth company.
  • Proven track record in marketing automation, personalisation, localisation campaigns 
  • Proven track record in B2B marketing, developing nurturing and converting sales pipelines opportunities into customers. 
  • Experience with marketing tech, analytics tools, CRM platforms, and performance channels (Meta, Google, email/SMS, etc.).
  • Strong storytelling, content, and campaign development skills, ideally with a passion for action sport, adventure, or culture.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability—comfortable switching between big-picture vision and day-to-day tactics. In the early days, this role will be very hands on. 
  • Background in action sports, consumer tech, AI, or video/content platforms is a strong plus.
  • A senior marketing manager looking to grow into a Head of Marketing / CMO role 
  • Australian based, available to work fully remote
