1. Collaboration Models

We offer the following two forms of collaboration, and you may choose according to your situation:

• Existing Special Issue Submissions
• If you are currently organizing a special issue and calling for papers, we are pleased to recommend high‑quality manuscripts from our academic network for your review.
• Proposing a New Special Issue
• If you have not organized a special issue before but are interested, we can assist you in establishing a new special issue in a journal you are familiar with. We will provide comprehensive support throughout the process, including paper collection, editing, and submission assistance.

2. Responsibilities of the Guest Editor

As a Guest Editor, you will be responsible for:

• Defining and planning the special issue topic;
• Conducting initial review and selection of manuscripts;
• Guiding authors in revising and improving their papers;
• Ensuring all submissions meet the journal’s academic standards and publication requirements.
