• Plan and execute promotional campaigns across digital platforms using proven strategies (with training & templates provided).
• Create and deliver engaging campaigns that highlight personal development and leadership programs.
• Respond to daily enquiries with professionalism, providing resources and building meaningful connections.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and partnerships to ensure smooth delivery.
• Participate in daily/weekly Zoom meetings (live or recorded) to stay connected, informed, and continuously developing your skills.
• Collaborate with a forward-thinking, supportive global team while working independently.
• Commit to ongoing personal and professional growth, leveraging world-class tools and mentorship.
• Operate in a performance-based environment where your initiative and results drive success.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, promotions, communications, sales, or business development.
