👥 We’re Hiring: HR Support Officer (Remote, Entry-Level)

We’re looking for a proactive and organized HR Support Officer to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of human resources and administrative tasks, helping to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are interested in building a career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience in a professional remote work environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

• Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

• Assist in preparing HR reports, correspondence, and administrative documents.

• Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

• Ensure confidential handling of employee information and records.

• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online collaboration tools.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Previous administrative, customer service, or HR-related experience is an advantage but not required.
