The Opportunity:

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead the growth of our B2B channel. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and scale a new revenue stream, driving new corporate partnerships and expanding equ’s impact across industries.

The BDM will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and managing the full end-to-end sales cycle. You’ll work closely with our internal teams to refine our B2B proposition, ensuring our value is clearly communicated and delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to drive B2B growth
  • Identify, engage, and convert prospective corporate clients across key industries
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, with regular performance and progress reporting
  • Create tailored proposals and presentations to address specific client needs
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and service delivery
  • Provide market feedback to support ongoing product development and positioning

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in B2B sales or business development, ideally within SaaS, health tech, or corporate wellness
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives working independently and driving outcomes
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
  • Passionate about health, wellness, and making a positive impact on people's lives
  • Based in Australia, with international experience or networks considered a plus
