Sales Manager - Commission-Based Team Performance

Earn 10-15% of every deal your team closes - without doing the selling yourself. We need a Sales Manager to monitor our commission-only Salespeople and ensure they hunt, follow up, and WIN.

Your Role:

• Ensure Salespeople are actively hunting for deals and progressing opportunities
• Monitor all sales activities and follow-ups from discovery to close
• Enforce CRM discipline (our biggest challenge with Salespeople)
• Coach Salespeople to maintain deal momentum and win rates

Compensation:

• Commission-only initially - earn 10-15% of what your managed Salespeople close
• Earning potential: $60,000-$100,000 per year
• Future retainer (2026) for taking on client-facing administrative functions
