We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to develop engaging learning materials and digital training programs. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about education, learning design, and creating effective training experiences in a fully remote environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials, training modules, and e-learning content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into engaging learning experiences.
• Create storyboards, course outlines, and interactive learning activities.
• Support the development of multimedia learning assets such as videos, quizzes, and presentations.
• Review and update training materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Evaluate learning outcomes and suggest improvements to training programs.

✅ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in instructional design, education, training development, or related internships/projects.
• Basic understanding of learning design principles and instructional frameworks.
• Familiarity with e-learning tools or learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Strong writing, communication, and content organization skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
