• Mentor and guide others as they begin their own development and leadership journey
• Evaluate candidates through structured interviews and guide them through our proven systems
• Implement digital marketing strategies and structured outreach systems to support ethical, guided lead generation
• You will be introduced to structured systems, tools, and guided frameworks designed to support more independent and flexible ways of working
• Work flexibly (minimum 10–15 hours per week) from wherever inspires you most

• Have 5+ years professional experience (education, HR, health, social services, or corporate backgrounds ideal)
