🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles across global markets.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support job posting management across recruitment platforms and social channels.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records accurately.
• Assist with employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs.
• Support onboarding coordination and recruitment reporting activities.
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and talent acquisition best practices.

✅ Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn or job portals is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Internship or prior recruitment/administrative experience is a plus but not required.
