About the Role
We’re looking for a Paid Social Specialist who loves the mix of creative strategy and performance marketing. This isn’t just about media buying, we want someone who can connect data and creativity to build scroll-stopping, high converting ads and guide clients on what truly works in today’s fast-changing social landscape.
You’ll work across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest Ads, shaping creative direction, building campaigns, analysing performance, and sharing clear, proactive insights with clients. Many of our partners give us full creative freedom, so you’ll have space to test ideas, optimise, and scale what performs.

Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging, platform-native ad copy (think TikTok hooks and engaging Instagram captions)
- Build, launch, and manage campaigns in Meta, TikTok & Pinterest Ads Manager
- Analyse creative performance and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with clients and creative teams to guide content direction and ad production
- Lead creative testing strategies to identify winning angles, formats, and hooks
- Keep up with social trends and bring fresh, performance-driven ideas to the table
- Report on performance in a clear, transparent, and results-focused way
You’ll Bring
- At least one year of experience managing Meta Ads (TikTok and Pinterest experience is a bonus)
- Experience in an agency or client-facing environment
- Proven copywriting skills and a strong understanding of social-first language
- A creative eye with the ability to match content types to campaign goals
- Confidence in interpreting performance data and using it to shape creative strategy
- A genuine interest in ecommerce, especially fashion, beauty and wellness
- A proactive, resourceful mindset and the ability to work independently
