Our mission is to help clients scale without relying on word-of-mouth or referrals by combining paid ads, smart funnels, and automation.

We’re looking for a GoHighLevel / AI Automation Expert to join our team and take ownership of building, optimising, and maintaining client automations that drive results.

What is this job?

We are looking for someone to set up, manage, and troubleshoot our AI Lead Qualification System for our tradie clients.

When a potential customer (a lead) fills out a form on one of our clients' websites, our system automatically sends them a text message. If the lead replies, an AI assistant takes over the conversation. The AI's job is to ask a few qualifying questions (like what kind of work they need done) and save those answers into our system before handing the lead over to the client.

Your job is to build the "brain" and the "rules" for this AI assistant every time we sign a new client, and to make sure it keeps working correctly.

What will you actually do day-to-day?1. Setting Up New Clients

When we get a new client, you will be responsible for turning their specific business needs into a working AI assistant.

Building the AI's Knowledge: You will copy and paste the client's website text, special offers, and business details into the AI's "Knowledge Base" so it knows how to answer basic questions accurately.

Writing the Rules (Prompting): You will write the instructions that tell the AI how to behave. For example, you'll tell it to sound like a "down-to-earth Australian tradie," give it the exact list of questions it needs to ask the lead, and set strict rules like "never give out pricing."

Connecting the Workflows: You will use our pre-built templates in GoHighLevel to connect the plumbing. This means making sure the initial text message goes out correctly, the AI turns on at the right time, and the client gets an email notification when the AI finishes qualifying the lead.

2. Monitoring and Troubleshooting

AI isn't perfect, so you need to keep an eye on it.

•

Quality Control: You will read through the text message conversations the AI is having with real leads.

•

Fixing Mistakes: If you notice the AI is asking the wrong question, ignoring a rule, or sounding like a robot, you will go into the system and tweak the instructions (the "prompts") to fix its behavior.

Testing: You will test the system yourself by pretending to be a lead to make sure the AI responds exactly how we want it to.

What skills do you need?

You don't need to be a hardcore programmer or software engineer, but you do need to be highly organised and comfortable with technology.

•

GoHighLevel (GHL) Experience: You must be comfortable navigating GoHighLevel, specifically building and understanding "Workflows" and using the "AI Agents" feature.

•

Prompt Engineering (Basic): You need to know how to write clear, logical instructions for an AI. If you've spent time playing with ChatGPT and know how to get it to do exactly what you want by giving it strict rules, you have this skill.

•

Attention to Detail: The AI will do exactly what you tell it to do. If you make a mistake in the setup, the AI might text the wrong person or say the wrong thing. You need to be the kind of person who double-checks their work.

Problem Solving: When the AI says something weird, you need to be able to look at the rules you wrote, figure out why it got confused, and rewrite the rule so it doesn't happen again.

In simple terms...

You are the manager of a digital receptionist. You train the receptionist on what to say for each new client, you give them their script, and when they mess up on a call, you pull them aside and update their training so they do better next time.
