The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Visualisation Specialist/Researcher with strong AI fluency and creative design skills to join our growing consulting and training team. This is a pivotal role for a sharp, curious mind who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves to turn data and ideas into compelling content and insights.

As a key member of our team, you’ll work directly with our CEO and senior consultants to deliver strategic outcomes across the Defence, Space, Shipbuilding, Industry, and Government sectors.

What You’ll Do

• Develop sophisticated presentations and corporate documents using MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conduct deep-dive market research and intelligent modelling based on open-source and client-provided data.
• Use generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to streamline research, generate prompts, and enhance content quality.
• Create visually engaging marketing and communication materials – templates, infographics, digital PDFs, web content (motion graphics a plus).
• Write and edit professional proposals, reports, and feature articles with a strong grasp of tone, accuracy, and message.
• Meet deadlines with high-quality outputs aligned with our brand standards.
• Collaborate with the consulting and training teams to support project execution and client deliverables.

About YouEducation: College degree or higher in a technical discipline (business, communications, engineering, computer science/AI, data, or design-related fields preferred).

Experience:

• 2–3 years in business analysis, research, data visualisation, or design.
• At least 18 months hands-on experience with generative AI tools for research, content generation, or workflow automation.
• Prior experience in consulting, government, or defence sectors is highly desirable.

Tools You Know:

• Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
• Bonus: Canva, Notion, video/motion graphic tools
