We’re looking for a skilled and analytical Data Scientist to extract insights, build predictive models, and support data-driven decision-making. In this role, you’ll collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to deliver actionable insights and ML solutions in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Develop, validate, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and availability
• Translate business questions into analytical and ML solutions
• Visualise and communicate insights to stakeholders using dashboards and reports
• Support experimentation, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing initiatives
• Maintain documentation for models, datasets, and methodologies
• Stay up to date with data science techniques, tools, and best practices

✅ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning roles
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages
• Experience with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Solid knowledge of statistics, predictive modelling, and data analysis
• Experience with SQL and working with relational and non-relational data
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
• Fluent in English
• Based in Australia with full legal right to work (no visa sponsorship available)
