Job Description
Posted on: September 2, 2025
About Dispensed At Dispensed, we are passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential by supporting better health outcomes. We believe that access to innovative and alternative therapies can transform lives. Through our telehealth platform, we facilitate patient access to affordable, efficient, and reliable alternative medicine services across Australia, NZ and the UK. About The Role We’re looking for a mid-level HR Business Partner to work across all our businesses (Dispensed, VeteranCann, and beyond). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment and wants to make a real impact by shaping people processes globally. You’ll partner with leaders and teams across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, providing hands-on HR support while driving forward key initiatives that keep our people engaged, supported, and performing at their best. This role reports directly to the Head of Operations / Head of People and works closely with leaders across all functions. One of the most critical responsibilities is leading our company-wide performance review cycle from end-to-end, ensuring it runs smoothly, consistently, and creates value for everyone involved. Note__:__ The Head of People will be heading on Maternity leave end of October. This role will report directly to the Head of Operations for a 6 month period. What You'll Own
- Partner with leaders across all business units to deliver effective HR solutions aligned with company values and goals.
- Own and execute the end-to-end performance review process, including design, communications, manager enablement, calibration, and feedback loops.
- Provide HR guidance on employee relations, engagement, and policy matters while ensuring compliance with local laws.
- Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning across multiple regions.
- Use data and insights to recommend improvements in performance, engagement, and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, balancing business needs with employee experience.
- Assist with the final steps of our HR integration if needed (Rippling)
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years’ experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a business partner capacity.
- Demonstrated experience running a company-wide performance review cycle (not just team-level), ideally in a fast-growing or multi-entity organisation.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, with exposure to NZ and UK employment environments an advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—you’re comfortable advising both senior leaders and frontline employees.
- Hands-on, practical approach—you’re just as comfortable resolving day-to-day HR queries as you are rolling out big initiatives.
- A values-driven mindset, with the ability to bring consistency, fairness, and clarity to everything you do.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
- A role that spans across multiple businesses and regions, giving you scope and variety every day.
- The chance to shape how performance and development are managed in a growing, mission-led organisation.
- A supportive, approachable team culture where your voice will be heard.
- Flexible, remote-first working with opportunities to connect in-person at team meetups and events.
What We Offer
- Work From Anywhere. 🌍
- A competitive salary and awesome benefits package. 💰
