Role Description

This is a Contract-Temp remote role for a Behavior Support Practitioner. The Behavior Support Practitioner will be responsible for developing behavior support plans, providing direct support to clients, working collaboratively with clients, their families, and other stakeholders, and documenting progress and outcomes. The role involves regular communication and coordination with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective support.

Remuneration: $140–$170/hr (incl. super)

Rates are negotiable depending on experience, level of independence, referral pathways, and supervision needs. We’re committed to ensuring clinicians feel valued and supported in a way that’s fair and sustainable.

Qualifications

– Tertiary qualification in behaviour analysis, psychology, social work, family therapy, or a related field.

– Registered as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient, or Advanced/Specialist).

– NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check (WWCC), completion of NDIS Worker Modules, and PRODA registration.

– Professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

– Own ABN, driver’s license, reliable vehicle, laptop, phone, and other essential tools for the role.

– Any other registrations, training, or compliance requirements relevant to the role or as required by NDIS and industry standards.
