We are seeking an enthusiastic People & Culture Coordinator to support employee experience, HR operations, and workplace culture initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, engagement, and building a positive and inclusive work environment.
๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Coordinate employee engagement programs, events, and initiatives
- Maintain HR records, policies, and documentation
- Assist with performance management and learning & development activities
- Support HR compliance, reporting, and administrative tasks
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support
- Contribute to building a positive workplace culture and employee experience
โ Requirements
- 1โ4 years of experience in HR, People & Culture, or administrative roles
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
- Passion for employee engagement and workplace culture
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
- Based in Australia with full working rights
๐ Nice to Have
- HR qualification or certification (e.g., Cert IV in HR, AHRI membership)
- Experience with HRIS platforms (BambooHR, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and HR best practices
- Experience supporting remote or distributed teams
