About The Opportunity The HR Operations Specialist will provide Tier 1 support for common HR inquiries and transactions, playing a vital role in delivering accurate and timely HR services to employees, managers, and stakeholders. This position focuses on maintaining data integrity and adhering to internal procedures while supporting various employee lifecycle activities. The HR Operations Specialist will collaborate closely with the HR team to meet defined service delivery metrics. What You’ll Get To Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries from global employees, providing timely and accurate information regarding HR policies, processes, and services.
- Support and answer questions about employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, open enrollment, benefits, payroll, and employment verifications.
- Resolve employee issues and inquiries by utilizing strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach aimed at first contact resolution.
- Provide administrative support across diverse HR functions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and data within the HRIS and other relevant databases and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Continuously update knowledge of HR policies and procedures to provide relevant and current information to employees.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to the development of HR service center resources.
- Maintain a foundational understanding of global HR policies, practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Navigate the Case Management System(CRM) to manage and document inquiries effectively.
- Identify and support the resolution of procedural issues with team leadership for timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement or automation within HR processes.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive HR matters, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Participate in special projects as requested.
Skills And Experience We Value
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing HR operations, HR coordinator, or HR Shared Services role, supporting global employees.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS and CRM systems.
