• Architect and build forward-thinking features with an emphasis on long-term sustainability and user impact
• Partner with product teams to translate vision into technical reality, leading discussions that shape feature implementation
• Ensure platform reliability through proactive monitoring, performance optimization, and system maintenance
• Make consequential technical decisions that determine how our educational products scale and evolve

• Jumping between disconnected projects or chasing trendy technologies without strategic purpose
• Building internal tools or contractor-style projects that lack meaningful user engagement
• Wasting time in excessive meetings or troubleshooting avoidable infrastructure problems

Basic RequirementsSenior Full-Stack Engineer key responsibilities

• Demonstrated full-stack development expertise with at least 1 year of hands-on experience building integrated front and backend solutions
• Minimum 2 years as a lead technical contributor for a SaaS product, with proven ability to drive strategic technical decisions
• 4+ years working directly on customer-facing SaaS products (not outsourced projects or internal systems)
• Practical experience integrating generative AI technologies into your development workflow
