Civil Engineer | $80/hr - Remote

Position: Engineering Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $60 to $80 per hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 20 to 40 hours per week

Role Responsibilities

• Design original advanced engineering problems requiring multi domain integration and analytical reasoning.
• Evaluate AI generated engineering solutions for technical accuracy and modeling soundness.
• Identify logical gaps, incorrect assumptions, and computational inaccuracies.
• Provide complete and clearly documented solutions formatted in LaTeX.
• Maintain high standards of technical rigor and conceptual depth.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent high level experience.
• Strong proficiency in LaTeX for technical documentation.
• Deep understanding of core engineering principles and real world systems.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to structure multi step derivations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, research driven environment.
